When I’m eating a crab or lobster, I usually tend to look at it like I’m dismantling a little robot made out of chitin and dubious goo in order to get at its tasty meaty components. I recommend this, because if you don’t eat arthropods very often, there will usually be some part of your brain that pauses halfway through the meal and goes: You are basically eating a giant scorpion. Look at it. Look at all its LEGS.
