Job interview/meeting/whatever this afternoon went well. I think. The woman I met with was very friendly and supportive, and we identified at least one position at the university that I’m going to apply for. I just need to make a few changes to my resume to make it more specialized (which she will help with). She actually seemed pretty impressed with my resume, although part of that was that she asked me some telling questions about the character of my job/school experiences, and helped me realize that I have important job skills that I hadn’t mentioned on my resume because I hadn’t thought to, or because they were difficult to identify or put into words. So, uh… go me.
